Wana’ao

Wana’ao

Some inspirations come from distant places, and some builds bring unparalleled satisfaction. The Symphony Wana’ao is one such creation—a true masterpiece that will be showcased at the upcoming NAMM show before finding its way into the hands of its new owner, Jason Momoa.

Crafted from a figured amaranth body, its wood is meticulously joined in a mosaic grain pattern, accentuated by distinctive maple and roasted oak lining. The highly figured roasted maple and wenge neck, reinforced with carbon tubes, offers exceptional stability, while the ebony fingerboard, bronze frets, and custom-made brass and titanium bridges ensure perfect sustain and a strong, articulate tone.

The black Gotoh Stradi tuners seamlessly complement the ebony fingerboard, while the brass-colored strings harmonize beautifully with the lighter wood tones of the top. Beneath its elegant surface, a hidden magnetic pickup delivers a growling yet singing voice—a balance of raw power and refined artistry.
