Marek and Tosia

It began as an unusual vision—two instruments conceived not as separate creations, but as a duo bound by story and sentiment. A Symphony fretless 5-string and a Harmony 6-string… standing together like a father and daughter.

Their owner gave me an honor I will carry for a long time: with humility and quiet gratitude, they were named Marek and Tosia. Scott—your trust, your warmth, and your support remind me why I build. I couldn’t ask for better people to create for.

Both instruments share a unified heart: one-piece purpleheart necks, pale moon ebony fingerboards glowing with soft, silvery grain, and chambered dibetou bodies crowned with carved, locally sourced poplar burl tops.
Yet each carries its own voice. Marek hides custom magnetic pickups paired with a Stradi piezo bridge, while Tosia sings through Bare Knuckle pickups and Graphtech piezo saddles.

The concept moved me from the moment it was spoken, and the result feels like a story brought into form—two instruments related by craft, intention, and spirit.
I hope they bring their owner countless moments worth remembering.
